The CONNECTIONS contract is available for all Federal
Agencies to modernize or enhance their telecommunications system

Benefits of Using the Connections Contract
Federal Agencies utilizing the CONNECTIONS contract appoint
Designated Agency Officials (DAO). An agency may choose to have
one or many DAOs. The DAO has the unilateral authority to
request site surveys, quotations, issue draft delivery orders,
or final delivery orders. Delivery orders may be for a single or
multiple sites as defined by the project.
